   DIRECTIONS          

From Oundle town centre:     At the war memorial (Beans coffee shop and the Post office) go up   New Street and then contiue along it as it becomes the Glapthorne Road.     Continue for approx half a mile and turn right opposite the George Pub into Cotterstock Road.   Turn first right into Lime Avenue and the clinic is at the house immediately on the left.   Enter the premises through a gate from Lime Avenue.   Please park immediately outside the house gate.

From Peterborough on the A605:     Head towards Oundle on the A605 following the Oundle signs.   At roundabout turn right into Oundle on to the A427 Station Road.   Turn right into New Road (just before the Petrol Station/Ford Garage).   Continue along New Road, bearing left going up hill.   At the top of the road turn right onto Glapthorne Road.   Continue   and turn right at the George Pub into Cotterstock Road.   Turn first right into Lime Avenue and the clinic is at the house immediately on the left.   Enter the premises through a gate from Lime Avenue.   Please park immediately outside the house gate.  

From Thrapston/Raunds/kettering on the A605:   From the A605 turn left off the road following the Oundle sign into Barnwell road.   Continue past the Mill Hotel and Barnwell Country Park.   Go over small bridge and traffic lights into Mill Road.   Continue in Mill Road as it joins       West Street branching right into Oundle town centre. Just before the war memorial turn left into New Street..   Then follow Oundle Town Centre directions.

     PARKING     

As the Clinic is based away from the town centre the parking is easy and is immediately outside the clinic.   Please park outside the gate where the Sports & Physical Injuries Clinic sign is.
