Well I cannot believe it is such a long time since I added anything to my blog.  It is just something that I have not been in the habbit of doing.

A very Happy and Healthy New Year to you all.  And for those of you with injuries or aches and pains lets hope together we can tackle them together and overcome them.

It was good to see the snowy weather conditions going for now.  I know many of my patients whom are runners were finding it very frustrating.  Remember to really warm muscles at this time of year.

Also I am just getting patients coming to me now for rehab post fractures after falling in the snow.     Being in plaster can be a very frustrating time for patients.  It is a lovely part of my job when patients are getting back to how they were pre fracture..........very satisfying for both myself and them. The hard work is always worth it in the end.  Perhaps we will have a lucky February and remain snow and ice free!

September 2008.  Where did the summer go?

I wish to thank all those patients that have been really supportive to myself and my family whilst my husband has been battling with cancer.  He has done really well and we are hoping now that we are over the worst.

Does anyone know if there is a table tennis club in the Oundle and surrounding area?

Christmas is fast approaching and 2008 will soon be with us.  I really do believe the saying that time flys quicker the older you get.   I am pleased that I have achieved what I set out to do this year................I am now in a position to supply custom made orthotics (insoles) to my patients.  Happy and healthy walking to you all!
